Week 7 July 21st-25th: Loom Legends Mashup (Mending Knits & More, Rock Weaving & Painting)

We're mending our pre-loved items and blending nature with textiles in this week long Summer Camp! Ages 7-17yrs

Rise and Shine Club (M - F 10am-Noon): Campers will explore how to give old clothes new life with Mending this week! We’ll learn essential skills to repair, refresh, and reimagine our wardrobe. Campers will master simple stitching techniques for fixing holes, patching jeans, darning socks, repairing toys, and even creative visible mending with colorful embroidery. We'll also delve into sustainable fashion basics, learning how to extend the life of our favorite garments while reducing waste. By the end of camp, they’ll take home their revived clothing and the confidence to tackle everyday repairs with creativity, sustainability, and practical magic! 

Afternoon Adventure Zone (M - F 1pm-3pm): This week Campers will discover a unique blend of nature and fiber art while Weaving with Rocks. We’ll transform smooth stones into stunning textured creations using yarn, twine, and colorful threads! Campers will learn techniques like warp wrapping, knotless netting, and fringe weaving to turn ordinary rocks into eye-catching sculptures or decorative pieces. We'll combine the grounding beauty of rocks with the creativity of weaving, and a love for tactile crafting! 

✨ Extended Hours at Fiber Arts Adventure Camp! ✨

🌅 Morning Fiber Fun - Extended Care Add-On (M - F 9am-10am):
Start your day with creativity! Our extended morning session is perfect for early risers who want extra time to weave, knit, or dye before the camp day begins. Sip, stitch, and socialize in a cozy, sunlit studio.  

☀️ Crafternoon Delight - Extended Care Add-On (M - F 12pm-1pm): 
Bring your lunch and keep creating! This extended midday session offers casual stitching, spontaneous fiber play, and creative socializing between morning & afternoon sessions. 

🌇 Eventide Unwind - Extended Care Add-On (M - F 3pm-4pm): 
End the day on a creative note! This laid-back session lets campers keep their hands busy while chatting about their projects—the perfect way to reflect, finish up loose ends, and leave inspired.  

Extended hours are only available as add-ons. Come for the crafts, stay for the community!
