8 Weeks of Magical Making for Ages 7-17yrs!
Get ready for a summer bursting with color, texture, and creativity at our 8-Week Fiber Arts Adventure Camp designed especially for crafters ages 7-17! Each week brings exciting new projects as we explore the magical world of fiber arts through fun activities like Knitting, Alcohol Painting, Crochet, Pom-Pom making, Felt Crafting, and beginner Weaving. Campers will create their own stuffed animals, knitted accessories, hand-dyed yarn, bracelets, mini weavings, and other colorful treasures while learning fun techniques they can use long after summer ends. Our nurturing environment makes this perfect for first-time crafters and experienced makers alike!
Through hands-on projects, campers will discover how yarn, fabric, and fibers transform into amazing creations while building confidence in their artistic abilities. Weekly themes include "Retro Craft Blast," "Loom Legends Mashup," and "Yarn Masters Academy" to keep the excitement high all summer long. Along the way, they'll develop confidence, fine motor skills, learn about colors and patterns, and make new friends who love creating just as much as they do! Every camper will bring home a growing collection of handmade projects along with the skills to keep crafting at home.
More than just crafts, our camp fosters imagination, sustainability, problem-solving, and pride in handmade creations. We celebrate each Camper's unique creativity with an end-of-summer art show where campers display their favorite pieces. With small group sizes and patient instructors, we ensure every young artist gets the guidance they need. All materials are provided - just pack a snack and bring your imagination! This will be an unforgettable summer experience where every week brings new artistic discoveries.
