This fun and rewarding workshop is designed for newer knitters ready to learn essential skills like knitting in the round and shaping.

In this class, you will learn:

· Knitting in the Round: Master using circular needles to create a seamless tube.
· The Magic of Purling: Practice your purl stitch in a simple ribbed brim.
· Shaping with Decreases: Learn how to shape the crown of your hat like a pro.
· Finishing Techniques: Use a tapestry needle to neatly weave in your ends.
· How to read and follow a simple hat pattern (included with class!).

Skills Required: Must know how to cast on, knit, and bind off. This is the ideal next step after our "Learn to Knit: Beginner Cowl Workshop".

Materials Needed:

· 70-170 yards of Worsted weight yarn
· US 6 and US 8 16-inch circular needles
· US 8 double-pointed needles OR a 40-inch circular needle (for magic loop)
· Tapestry needle
· Stitch markers
· Scissors
