The boomloom is a pocket loom with built-in heddle bar, designed as a creative tool. It is light, sturdy & portable made of aluminum, birch and maple. Easy to hold or use on a table or a lap.

Get into weaving! The boomloom makes it fast and easy. Make swatches, patches, bookmarks, coasters bracelets & mini tapestries. Test color and yarn combos. NOTE: This loom makes a square or small rectangle, like a pin loom or potholder loom. It does not make longer pieces. 

The magic of the boomloom is the rotating heddle bar that separates the warp threads for you. So you just pass the needle through the space, without weaving it in and out. It's like a full-sized loom in miniature. See our video for a close-up in action. Slots in the end of the loom hold the warp yarn securely, so stringing the loom is quick and easy.

I find the mini loom works really well for kids because the gratification of making a completed piece is quick!

• One MINI boomloom. Loom is 5" x 3" x 1.5", and it makes a swatch that is about 3" x 2.5". Dents per inch is 5 nearly 6, and ends per inch is 6.
