Diabolical Dyeing (Handpaints and Resist Dyeing)

Up your yarn dyeing game with fun new techniques!

In this class you will learn to create unique effects in your yarn that translate into spectacular finished accessories and garments! 

This is the second class in our Yarn Dyeing Series. Utilizing precise dye application and resists, you will create colors that repeat across a row of stitches or leave little surprise Blips of color running across a skein.

Pre-requisite: Students in this class are required to have already taken Intro to Dyeing (Semi Solids and Speckles) or have demonstrated yarn dyeing & safety experience.

Workshop includes dye, all mixing and safety materials and 200g of yarn. 

Additional skeins are available for purchase in advance or during class.

If you have pre-dyed yarn in your stash that you don't love, bring it along and I'll help you overdye it!

**Please note that our dyes only work on animal/protein fibers**

**Health Compliance: Our instructors are fully vaccinated. In order to keep other students safe, we require that all students be fully vaccinated and provide verification of vaccination dates. Start date of your class must be at least 2 weeks after vaccination. N95/KN95 Masks are required throughout the class and hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry. (We will have extra KN95 masks on hand) If you have a fever, cold or flu-like symptoms, are not feeling well, or have been exposed to someone with these symptoms, please notify us and do not attend the session.**
