Mending Your Knits

Oh no, not a hole!

It happens. Those fun striped socks you knitted are worn through on the heels. Or, you're wearing your favorite sweater, and suddenly discover a hole...ugh! 

Don't' despair.

We'll teach you how to repair those accidental holes, snags, threadbare spots, moth tragedies, and runs.

Materials needed:

• Bring a knitted piece in need of repair, whether store bought or handmade.

          Or

• Make a simple 4x4in stockinette swatch in light colored medium weight yarn (Worsted or DK).

If bringing a swatch, please block your swatch so that it lays flat.

**Health Compliance: Our instructors are fully vaccinated. In order to keep other students safe, we require that all students be fully vaccinated and provide verification of vaccination dates. N95/KN95 Masks are required throughout the class and hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry. (We have complimentary KN95 masks on hand) If you have a fever, cold or flu-like symptoms, are not feeling well, or have been exposed to someone with these symptoms, please notify us and do not attend the session.**
