Inspired by the large and showy blooms that add softness and femininity to thorny cacti, the Cactus Flower tank features a relaxed silhouette with an unusual construction. This alluring knit is as much fun to make as it is to wear.

PATTERN NOTES:
This top is knit starting with two identical rectangular panels, worked flat. Each panel incorporates a selvedge with a garter border. The panels are folded in half and overlapped along the front and bottom edges and sewn together using the schematic as a guide. Each side is seamed to create armholes. Stitches are then picked up along the bottom edge of the piece and worked in the round to create a waistband.

Because of the unusual construction of this piece, we suggest choosing a size with a waist circumference that is 4-6” less than your chest circumference.

The Lace Vines pattern is both written and charted for your convenience. Please note that stitch counts fluctuate every row when working the Lace Vines pattern. On RS rows, you will increase one stitch per repeat, and on WS rows you will decrease one stitch per repeat.
