Summer time knitting is where it's at!
This a drapey, over-sized sleeveless pullover, perfect to throw over a tank in the warmer months, or use as a layering piece when the seasons shift. It’s a seamless, easy knit that is worked from the bottom up and features a slightly longer back to help create the drapey silhouette.
Supplies needed: 654 S(776 M, 908 L, 1068 XL) yds of fingering or light sport- weight yarn (approx. 208yds per 50g), US 8 32” circular knitting needle or size needed to obtain gauge, extra 24”or 32” circular knitting needle in size US 8 (or size needed to obtain gauge), stitch markers (making sure 1 is a different color than the others), 4 pieces of scrap yarn, approx. 20” in length, tapestry needle, pattern Jessie's Girl by Elizabeth Smith is included.
Course cost is $50. Take 10% off materials the day of class. Come early and pick out your favorites!
Basic knitting skills required. 3 one-hour lessons Sunday July 8th , 15th, and 22nd from 2pm-3pm. (Extra time will be allotted for students who need it on the 29th.)
